With any renovation and addition, we understand that the dynamic is different than with a new build. We are entering your home/facility and sharing space while we complete an owner’s vision. Upon a request for a renovation and/or addition, Nu Design schedules an appointment where Brad will meet with the owner, personally, to inspect the project location, discuss the vision and goals, and how the project can be accomplished with as little intrusion as possible.

We understand that each owner is entrusting us, literally, with the keys to their place, the responsibility to adhere to deadlines, and creating a work schedule that complements their lifestyle. Regardless of the size of the house/building or the size of the project, each owner can be assured that each renovation and/or addition will be a true collaboration between Nu Design and themselves. Brad guarantees that, should the owner have any questions or concerns, he will be personally available and not passed off to another employee with whom the owner does not have a trusted relationship. To date, Nu Design has completed renovations and additions to historical homes in Thornton Park, homes and buildings in Winter Park, Maitland, Bay Hill, Keene’s Point, Conway and Windermere, to name a few.
